B.A.LL.B

The duration of each course shall be five years divided into 10 semesters i.e. two semesters in each Academic year. The first semester of each Academic year shall consist of six months commencing from the month of July to December.The second semester of each Academic year shall consist of six months commencing from the month of January to June.

The examination of the first semester of each Academic year for the courses shall be conducted in the month of December and the second semester of each Academic year shall be conducted in the month of June on such dates as may be prescribed by the Rajiv Gandhi University.

The general candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination of the CBSE or its equivalent with minimum 45% marks in the aggregate and 40% for the SC/ST are eligible to be admitted to the course. The candidates appearing in or awaiting results of the qualifying examinations respectively being held in March April may also appear for the Law Entrance Test subject to the condition that they shall produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the prescribed percentage of marks at the time of interview counseling.

LL.B

The duration of the course shall be 3 years divided into six semesters. Each semester starts in July and January. The examination of each semester shall be conducted in the month of December & June on such dates as may be prescribed by the Rajiv Gandhi University.

The candidates who have passed graduation (10+2+3 pattern) with 45% mark from any recognized University are eligible to apply for the course. For SC/ST the minimum marks is 40% in the Graduation Examination.

The candidate who have passed LL.B from any recognized university are eligible to apply for the course
